I got so lucky with timing… I was there during Songkran, Thailand’s water festival, where the entire city turns into one giant water fight every April 13-15. Getting splashed by strangers on the street was pure joy and chaos in the best way. I also explored a stunning temple, did way too much shopping, cozied up at my hotel, and ate mango sticky rice daily… no shame. 🥭 Bangkok gave me culture, chaos, and the best desserts. Layover but make it luxury ✨ Throwback to my time Layover but make it luxury ✨ Throwback to my time at Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar 🛩️ It was hands down one of the most magical layovers I’ve ever had 🙌🏼 @hiaqatar From the moment I stepped into The Orchard (yes, an actual indoor tropical garden in the middle of an airport 🌿), I knew this stop was going to be special. I wandered under the famous giant teddy bear installation, sipped the most beautiful FENDI-stamped coffee at Fendi Caffè, indulged in a 24/7 spa day complete with a robe + tea service moment, and then sat down for the most delicious Middle Eastern spread - hummus, warm bread, and the dreamiest dessert to finish it off 💕 If you ever have a long layover in Doha, do NOT skip the airport experience.
