Returning to Houston means that I’m constantly searching for ways to be stylish while not looking sweaty from the extreme heat! I really enjoy wearing rompers because the fabrics are lightweight, and they come in so many trendy prints for the summertime. Plus, I love that it’s a one-piece outfit, which makes it easier to get ready in the mornings! The romper I’m wearing has a fun, bohemian print that is off-the-shoulder with a cinched waistline.
Remember when gladiator sandals were a huge trend? Well, I’m still rocking it with my wedged Steve Madden sandals. The sandals give me extra height while comfortably walking around all day! I’ve owned these sandals for so many years, and they are still a staple shoe item in the summertime.
Because of the bold print, I simply finished off the look with a necklace that I’ve previously worn from my last post. I love the silver chain detailing on the necklace! Even though it doesn’t identically match, I enjoy how the stones on my necklace subtly give an additional pop of color to my outfit. Lately, I’ve preferred my accessories to not be matchy-matchy with my wardrobe items.
